This rather insipid looking mush is soon to be transformed into lovely golden little patties.Corned beef, mashed potato, onions and garlic, salt, pepper and a little butter.
Mixed up into aforementioned mush and fried in olive oil.
My fave boat food.

Yummy!!! my wife used to call it "Cowboy surprise". my kids loved it`with baked beans and fried onions, and of course copious amounts of bread and butter. Mmmmmmmm!Proper boat food.:o))
Cowboy surprise sounds much better than plain old corned beef hash Orb! Tis yum :)
