This is Iolaire in Cowes 2005, just returned from competing in the Fastnet Race. She celebrated her 100th birthday last year and is still going strong. Her owner, Don Street has looked after her (and she him) for 50 years.
Many areas of the Caribbean have been charted by this man and his yacht. The boat has no engine!!! This is a thought impossible for most sailors to even contemplate (me included).
The man himself. His Imray-Iolaire charts are still in use. He has also written many books that have become invaluable to cruisers.
