Tonight Scots are celebrating Burns Night.
I recently asked a friend who lives in Scotland what his plans were.
'Ah', he said. ' The chieftain o the puddin race and all that.' 'Oooh, what did you do to deserve such an honour?' I asked. I'll leave the rest, it's too embarrassing. Needless to say he now has recurring images of men running around with haggis on their heads.
